Lucy Mae Hedgpeth 05/20/2009

Our last pregnancy shot with Baby Girl. We checked in the next morning at 5:00 am.

Daddy holding Baby Girl. She is about 20 minutes old. We hadn't decided if she was a Lucy or a Lydia.

Scottie was VERY excited to see her and wanted to hold her. We had decided after he bath that she was a Lucy.

The boys and G-Ma were counting her toes and fingers, then they proceeded to count their own toes and fingers.

Grant LOVES holding her and is asking to hold her all the time. While he was busy holding her Scottie was running as fast as he could back and forth bringing her some baby dolls and stuffed animals he thought she would like.

Here she is at 3 days old. I finally caught that first smile. She's such a little sweet heart. We are very lucky and can't imagine life without her already.

Some have wanted to know if I'm done yet with this pregnancy. We hope to meet this little girl sometime on Wed May 20th. We'll post pictures when she's here!

Finally a Hot and Sunny Day

Grant and Scottie got a new slip and slide, we invited our friends Clara and Emmy over to sit in the sun and play in the water.

The kids really had fun getting wet and running around. We ate ice cream and tried to get a little tan on our pale bodies. I think the forcast calls for rain tomorrow, but we had 1 day of fun in the sun!

Pregnancy Weight Gain

Through this pregnancy Jeff and I have joked and compared HIS "pregnancy" weight gain with MY pregnancy weight gain. I don't think the reality hit him until last Saturday when he sat down in his chair to put his shoes on to do yard work, then POP! I think I laughed so hard I almost had the baby. Luckily he was a good sport and let me take his pictures. Or at least he was stuck enough he couldn't get out without my help. haha.
